A: For small quantity or weight less than 20kgs,sent usually by courier.
For orders from 20 to 500kgs,can be sent by air to the airport near you.
For big quantity or volume,sent usually by container.
The transportation way depends on client's choice.Freight depends on quantity,weight,volume,transportation way,and destination(airport,sea port)

A: We will ask for a minimum order quantity, if you want print your logo on products and packages for free.

A: Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in electric appliance product function design and graphic design. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect product. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.
Q: What is your terms of delivery?
A: We accept FOB, EXW, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
Q: Do you have inspection procedures for products?
A: Yes. First, we will inspect the raw materials, second, 100% self-inspection before packing., finally, when all products are finished, our QC team will inspect randomly.

Q: What is your lead time? / How about the Delivery time?
A: Normally for OEM order, delivery time is 30-35 days after the receipt of deposit and confirm on all designs based of normal condition.
Q: What's the warranty of your products? / How about your after-service?
A: Our product warranty is 12 months since leave our factory.We'll send you some spare part with the goods delivery together.Also,we'll send you component for free to replace the damaged one during the warranty period.

A: Please send us your inquiry with our products model number by email,we will offer you our price list base on your requirements, offer sheet and order information within 1 working day.
Q: How can I get the price?
A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry (Except weekend and holidays). If you are very urgent to get the price, please email us or contact us in other ways so that we can offer you a quote soonest.

A: Yes,your logo and company name can be printed on products and packages, such as gift box,manual,carton.

Q: Can I buy samples before placing orders?
A: Yes. Please feel free to contact us. Sample cost will be calculated according to the sample requirements.
Q: Can i customize the function of electric pressure cooker?
A: Sure. You can tell us which function you want to adjust or which food need to cook, our engineer will test and preset the program on main board.
Q: How long can I receive the samples?
A: After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed requested specification, the samples will be ready for delivery in 10-15 days and arrive in 7-10 work days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
Q: What is the MOQ of electric stove?
A: The MOQ is 100 pcs per model, but we will try our best support our new client to start a order, we can discuss if there is a actual order.
